Flush Casement Windows

Flush casement windows are characterised by openers that close into the frame and finish flush with the face of the window.

Flush casement windows are only available in timber and some aluminium systems. They are not available in PVCu.

Our flush casement windows look simple but are actually quite sophisticated. Some details, like our decorative butt hinges, are merely to reinforce the illusion of simplicity.

The flush fitting casement is a highly attractive window designed for conservation needs as well as for projects that require modern performance but with a traditional look. The flush appearance of the sash sitting within the outerframe gives the window clean, unobstructed lines and a timeless appeal.

Hidden away is modern technology: warp resistant timber, locks which engage in multiple points around the perimeter of every opener, ventilation grooves, drainage channels and glazing units which lose approximately half the heat of ordinary double glazing.

The three images left show the flush Casement window from outside where the window openers finish flush to the frame. Compare this to the storm casement window on the previous page.
