With a minimal sightline of only 99 mm at the panel joint, the Solarlux Highline bifold doors are one of the slimmest on the market. A sleek, unobtrusive look that maximises glass area and natural light in your home. Stacked open, it is unobtrusive and minimal.

Design and Engineering

Solarlux invented the modern bifold door and the Highline is one of the best. This door features a modular aluminium profile system with high-performance thermal insulation. The profiles are available in two depths: 67 mm for the Ecoline and 84 mm for the Highline, catering to different structural needs and U- Values.

With many unique and ingenious features, Solarlux Highline comes with no less than six different track options, flush or accessible threshold, LED lighting, easy clean panels, unique closing mechanisms and top of the range design and accessories. Featuring high-quality stainless steel ball bearing runner mechanisms and one-hand operation fittings, the Highline bifold door ensures smooth and effortless operation. The system also includes a patented “Comfort Snap” panel catch for secure and easy handling. The system supports all manner of bifold designs and configurations even including optional tilting or turn-and-tilt panels.

The Highline’s sophisticated sealing system is one of the best in the world, offering two all-round sealing levels with constant dimensions between the door panels, an even seal pressure and optimum closing. Weather performance, air wind and water protection are all exceptional.

High Security: The Highline bifold door is Secured by Design accredited and meets RC2/RC2N burglar resistance standards, providing robust protection for your home or business.

The Highline bifold door achieves U-values as low as 0.8 W/m²K, providing excellent thermal performance and energy savings.
