Successfully tested to PAS 24:2012 and BS EN 1627 Level 3, Smart Wall offers first class security for any building. its doors and screens all feature polyamide thermal breaks. Combined with high performance safety glass, Smart Wall is one of the best-performing options available in the UK. Smart Wall comfortably meets the latest Document L requirements for thermal transmittance. Choose from single or dual colour options.

Product Features 

Smart Wall doors feature a fully rebated swing door with an anti-finger trap, ensuring safety and convenience. Door sets can open in, out or both ways with a low threshold as standard. It is available with either beaded or pocket glazing, allowing for flexibility in design and installation.

The doors are weather rated to BS 6375 and come with drainable low thresholds, making them suitable for various weather conditions. The system also includes heavy-duty screens and doors that can withstand rigorous use, making them ideal for high-traffic areas.

Design and Engineering

The Smart Wall system has been engineered for exceptional durability and security. It includes a 30kg dynamic impact test, a 6kN static load test, and a security grade 6 locking mechanism. The locking bolt can withstand a 10kN side load, providing peace of mind for building owners and occupants.

With an internally beaded sash, easy glazing and installation, Smart Wall ensures both thermal efficiency and ease of installation. The system can accommodate glazing units between 24mm and 32mm, whether double or triple glazed, offering flexibility to meet various project specifications.
