Wow! What a company! Asked for help with a broken handle (not faulty, broken by guest!) as they installed the conservatory many years ago at a client’s house. They sent someone out to replace it within an hour and the locksmith even fixed a broken lock into another room while he was there. They didn’t even charge me for the handle. This company is a rare commodity in this day and age. Would recommend them in a heartbeat (plus the conservatory they installed originally is absolutely beautiful and water tight!). So refreshing to deal with people who offer exceptional customer service and accountability. Beyond what I expected.

We have a CBP half-glazed front door and an adjacent window. The quality of the products is first class and the after sales service is exceptional. After several years, we had a problem with some discolouration of a door panel. The issue was dealt with very promptly and efficiently and the door looks brand new. I cannot recommend CBP too highly, they are a five star company.
Great service for CBP. Very good communications from the team. Everything went smoothly. The new uPVC doors are good quality and the fitter did an excellent job. I would recommend CBP to everyone.
